Service availability depends on location, vehicle availability, driver availability, and booking confirmation.

3. Booking Policy

Bookings can be made online, via phone, or via WhatsApp.

A booking is confirmed only after we send a confirmation message/ticket.

You must provide accurate information (name, pickup point, travel date, etc.).

Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, route, distance, traffic, seasonal demand, or fuel changes.

4. Pricing & Payments

All fares are calculated based on distance, time, tolls, parking, and driver allowances.

Advance payment may be required for certain bookings.

Full payment must be completed before or at the end of the trip.

Payments made to drivers directly are considered valid only if done with our authorization.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

Cancellation must be informed at least 6 hours before the trip.

Last-minute cancellation may lead to cancellation charges.

If the driver has already started or reached the pickup point, charges may apply.

Company Cancellation

We may cancel or reschedule a booking due to:

Vehicle breakdown

Driver unavailability

Weather conditions

Natural calamities or unavoidable reasons In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed as per company policy.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

Maintain cleanliness in the vehicle

Not misbehave with drivers

Not consume alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle

Wear seat belts

Use the booked vehicle only for the agreed trip Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.

7. Driver & Vehicle Responsibilities

Our drivers are expected to:

Be punctual and professional

Follow traffic rules

Drive safely

Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained

In case of any issue, passengers should immediately report to customer support.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Darshan Tour Travel is not responsible for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions

Loss of personal belongings

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Events beyond our control (strikes, accidents, natural disasters, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Third-Party Services

Some travel services (hotels, guides, activities, etc.) may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their service quality or policies.

10. Website Usage

You agree not to:

Engage in fraud or unauthorized booking

Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website
